You may use the Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised use, misuse of content, misrepresentation of information, or attempt to interfere with institutional systems is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, logos, academic content, curriculum frameworks, pedagogy models, programme structures, marketing materials, digital assets, proprietary methodologies, and intellectual property related to IME PGDM and Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) are the exclusive property of their respective owners.
No individual, institution, or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such assets without prior written authorisation.
All academic materials, fee structures, admission communications, assessments, interview content, internal documents, presentations, recordings, mentoring sessions, and institutional communications shared by IME PGDM are confidential.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of IME PGDM services, website, admissions processes, and academic programmes. By accessing or enrolling, you agree to comply with these terms.
IME PGDM is an AICTE-approved, 2-year full-time PGDM programme offered at the IME Kharghar Campus in association with ASBS MBA. Programme structure, specialisations, pedagogy, and outcomes are subject to academic and regulatory updates.
Admission is subject to eligibility criteria, entrance test scores, interviews, and final institutional approval.
Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee admission.
The institution reserves the right to reject or cancel applications at any stage if discrepancies are found.
Programme fees, payment schedules, and scholarship terms are communicated officially.
Fees once paid are governed by the institution’s refund policy and applicable regulations.
Delayed or non-payment may lead to suspension of academic services.
Scholarships are merit-based, limited, and subject to verification. The institution reserves the right to withdraw scholarships if eligibility conditions are violated.
Students are expected to maintain:
Misconduct, plagiarism, or indiscipline may result in academic penalties or dismissal.
Placement assistance is provided as part of the academic ecosystem.
Final placement outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and recruiter requirements.
Salary figures shared are indicative and not guaranteed.
All academic content, materials, branding, and intellectual assets belong to ASBS IME PGDM and affiliated institutions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
IME PGDM shall not be liable for indirect losses, changes in market conditions, or outcomes beyond institutional control.
The institution reserves the right to update programme structures, policies, and terms without prior notice, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Accreditation : ASBS MBA is not directly affiliated with AICTE or UGC. However, all programs are offered through partner institutions that ensure AICTE approval and UGC recognition. Certifications are awarded by the respective institutions, and ASBS MBA adheres to AICTE/UGC guidelines for program structuring.
